(hereinafter: the “Company” and/or “Webnoise”), the operator of the website available at https://www.webnoise.co.il (hereinafter: the “Website”), respects the privacy of its website users, clients, business partners, and suppliers (hereinafter collectively: the “User(s)” or “You”).
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the “Policy”) details the manner in which the Company collects information, the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, its transfer to third parties, its security, and the rights granted to you under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the “Law”) and Amendment No. 13 to the Law (5784-2024).

Pursuant to Israeli law, you are under no legal obligation to provide the Company with any personal data or information. Any provision of data by you is done entirely of your own free will and with your full consent. However, please note that without providing certain details (such as contact information in the Website’s forms), we will be unable to provide the requested services, respond to your inquiry, or engage with you contractually.

The Company does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. Data will be transferred to third parties strictly in the following instances:
